Ingrid Punderson Jackson has announced the sale of her local real estate firm – Ingrid Punderson Jackson Real Estate located in Middlebury, VT to Amey Ryan. The firm was established by Jackson in 2006 as Middlebury’s only boutique real estate firm specializing in residential real estate. Ryan joined the firm in early 2008 and together they continued to build a reputable and recognizable brand, commonly referred to as IPJ Real Estate. Jackson and Ryan developed the company to its current market leader position.
In a transition that allows Jackson to spend more time with her family and which allows Ryan an opportunity to take a greater role at the company, the two women decided that the time was perfect for a change. While Ryan will continue to manage the day-to-day activities in the office, Jackson will remain involved as a licensed real estate broker and will serve in an advisory capacity.
