Champlain Valley Equipment, Addison County Transit Resources, Nancy Malcolm are 2014 Chamber award recipients

The Addison County Chamber of Commerce recognized a local business, organization, and individual with annual awards during the its annual meeting held on September 10th at Café Provence in Brandon, Vt. Three awards were presented in front of a crowd of nearly 80 attendees which included Chamber members and local business people.

Primmer’s L. Jonathan Ross nominated to ABA Day 2015 Planning Committee

New program coordinator hired for PEGTV Channel 21

PEGTV, Rutland County’s public access television station, is pleased to announce County News 802 Producer, Cristina Kumka has accepted the position of program coordinator for PEGTV’s government channel 21. Cristina will continue to produce and host County News 802 as well as perform her new duties as coordinator.

Norwich University’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies announces new hires

Norwich University’s College of Graduate and Continuing Studies has announced two new hires to help support the admissions and student services efforts for its online programs.

Heather Forsyth has been named student services advisor for the online Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis (SSDA) program. She joins a team dedicated to supporting the success of students in the SSDA program, the only online degree program designed exclusively for the Special Operations Forces community.

Sara Holbrook Community Center names new board member

Leisa Pollander, Executive Director of Sara Holbrook Community Center, is happy to announce that Karen Bresnahan, Real Estate Associate at Lang McLaughry Real Estate, has been appointed to the organization’s board of directors.

Karl Washburn brings additional acoustics expertise to RSG

Karl Washburn recently joined RSG, bringing over 25 years’ experience in noise control, acoustics, modeling, and simulation. In his role as Senior Consultant at RSG, Mr. Washburn will focus on projects related to community, environmental, and industrial noise. Mr. Washburn’s contribution will build on RSG’s long-standing expertise in acoustical and noise control analysis.
