Copley Hospital welcomes Arthur (Art) Mathisen, FACHE, as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to Mathisen, as COO, are the Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Support and Ancillary Services.

NBT Bank Regional President Matt Durkee announced that Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Peter McCarthy has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Banking Manager

In this position, McCarthy is responsible for managing NBT Bank’s regional loan portfolio and commercial banking team in Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is based at the bank’s regional office at 150 Bank Street in Burlington.

Mayor Miro Weinberger has announced that Chief of Staff Mike Kanarick will be leaving the Mayor’s Office after serving in City Hall since Weinberger became Mayor more than three years ago. Kanarick has accepted a position with the Burlington Electric Department where he will now serve as Director of Customer Engagement and Communications.
