Fernando Cresta from Nedde Real Estate has brokered a lease with Ideas Well Done on 5,808 square feet of office space at 1891 Williston Road, South Burlington. Cresta is co-owner of this property along with Doug Nedde, also of Nedde Real Estate. Meg McGovern of Donahue & Associates assisted the tenant, Ideas Well Done. Construction on the space is currently underway with an expected move-in date of December 1st, 2016. Ideas Well Done designs and prototypes new foodservice equipment to meet the growing needs of the foodservice industry.
