Dr Carlos Alfaraz has joined the Primary Care team at Gifford Health Center at Berlin. Board-certified, he brings 22 years’ experience in family medicine and urgent care. He has a special interest in integrative health, which approaches disease management and medical treatment with a “whole person” focus and incorporates prevention and healthy lifestyle into patient care. “I listen carefully to each person to learn about their particular needs,” said Alfaraz. “This means taking in all aspects of a patient’s health, not just disease.”
