David J. Symock, MBA, has joined Vermont Mutual Insurance Group as a Senior Marketing Representative. Symock brings over thirty years of claims, underwriting, and sales & marketing experience to his new role at Vermont Mutual. Concurrent with his insurance experience, Symock also rose to the rank of Captain with the United States Army Reserves.

On April 1, Daniel Franklin will officially become executive director of North Central Vermont Recovery Center. Franklin started at North Central Vermont Recovery Center (NCVRC) in March of 2018 as the operations manager and was promoted to assistant director in September. In a little more than a year, Franklin has been a driving force in a significant expansion of the recovery center’s services and programs by adding health and wellness offerings, a music program, more groups and workshops, and harm reduction services provided by Vermont Cares.

The Assistant Property Manager now oversees the day to day operations of Full Circle’s expanding client portfolio while supporting FCPM President Stephanie J. Gilbert to maintain the firm’s reputation for excellent customer service. Sarah comes to Full Circle as a recent graduate from the University of Vermont with business operations and management experience in the Burlington area.
