Barb Watters was named the State of Vermont Elk of the Year at the recent Vermont Elks Association Convention. The award was presented to Barb by VEA President, Morris "Rocky" Putnam. Barb was elected as the Exalted Ruler of Barre Lodge #1535 in April of 2018 and again in 2019. In addition to Elk of the Year, she was selected by District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler Fred Dusablon as Exalted Ruler of the Year for the Northern Lodges.

AllEarth Renewables, Inc. of Williston VT, announced today that Evan Blittersdorf will join the company serving in the role of Business Development Analyst. Evan comes to the company as a lifelong renewable energy enthusiast who recently received a Global Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Korea University in Seoul, South Korea. Evan’s initial focus will be on administering the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) program for AllEarth Services, the financial services division of AllEarth Renewables.
