The Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) announces the promotions of three longtime employees, as well as changes to its board of directors. David Farnsworth and Jan Rosenow have been promoted to principals; Jessica Shipley has been promoted to senior associate.

RAP’s board of directors elected a new chair, Amanda Ormond, who has been with the board since 2015. The board also added solar energy policy and power sector expert Howard Wenger to its ranks.
