Vermont Studio Center and the American Literary Translators Association have named Mira Rosenthal and Suneela Mubayi as recipients of the 2026 ALTA Fellowships at VSC. The award — a fully funded two-week residency at the Johnson-based VSC, is given annually to one BIPOC and one midcareer translator of literary works who holds membership in the ALTA.
