Gates brings his extensive leadership experience in campus safety, Clery Act compliance, youth protection, and policy development to his role with Margolis Healy. In his initial role with the firm, Gates is serving as an interim assistant vice president of Clery Act Compliance and Youth Protection at a client institution.
