Goodwill Northern New England hired Sandra Monfiletto as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. The nonprofit created the new position as part of its focus to become an employee-first workplace.
Monfiletto is a human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in health care, managed care, and hospital administration and banking. Her professional assignments have been with Martin’s Point Health Care, IDEXX, Maine Medical Center, WEX and CIGNA.

The Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies (VCET) is proud to announce the addition of Kelly Keen as its new Manager of Operations and Culture, a role in which she will curate VCET’s robust member community and daily success of VCET’s downtown Burlington, VT coworking and accelerator facility.
Most recently, Keen was the General Manager at ArtsRiot, a fabled Burlington restaurant and event space, where she was responsible for daily operations, food & beverage, marketing, event consulting, and human resources.

The Northwest Communications Union District (NWCUD) is now operating under Northwest Fiberworx (NWFX), and the new website URL is nwfiberworx.com.
“The new name better reflects what we’re all about,” says Sean Kio, NWFX Executive Director. “Most Vermonters don’t know what a ‘Communications Union District’ is, and ‘fiber works’ is more meaningful to our community members,” adds Kio.
