Goodwill Northern New England hired Sandra Monfiletto as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. The nonprofit created the new position as part of its focus to become an employee-first workplace.
Monfiletto is a human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in health care, managed care, and hospital administration and banking. Her professional assignments have been with Martin’s Point Health Care, IDEXX, Maine Medical Center, WEX and CIGNA.
"With more than 20 group homes, two brain injury clinics, and healthcare programs that serve hundreds of Mainers with disabilities, Sandra's healthcare experience will be essential to Goodwill. We're excited to have her," said Rich Cantz, the president and CEO of Goodwill NNE, based in Gorham, Maine. "Sandra's business background will certainly help the employees in our stores and workforce programs. Goodwill has such diversity and breadth, and so does Sandra's experience, which made her such a great match."
Goodwill NNE employs about 1,600 people in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Monfiletto earned a Master of Science degree in Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in HR
