Matt Cooke, vice president at PC Construction in South Burlington, VT, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating office at the 100% employee-owned company. In his new role, Cooke, a 22-year employee at PC, will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s projects and support services, providing operations-focused leadership for project teams across all markets along the eastern seaboard.

Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Kelly Byers has joined the company’s South Burlington, VT, office as a realtor. Byers formerly worked in his family’s pizza business before deciding to pursue his lifelong passion, real estate. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and served for four years in the Marine Corps.
