Army captain and former Miss USA Deshauna Barber will address graduates at Norwich University's 2022 commencement ceremonies April 30.
Army major general to speak at Norwich ROTC commissioning ceremony
Major General Douglas Stitt has been selected to speak at Norwich University's ROTC commissioning ceremony on April 30, school officials said. Stitt, a 1990 graduate of the university, currently serves as the Army's director of military personnel management. In February, he was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general.
Graduates at the 2:30 pm ceremony, which is open to the public, will be commissioning into the Army, Air Force (with a path to the Space Force), Navy and Marine Corps.
