Major General Douglas Stitt has been selected to speak at Norwich University's ROTC commissioning ceremony on April 30, school officials said. Stitt, a 1990 graduate of the university, currently serves as the Army's director of military personnel management. In February, he was nominated for promotion to lieutenant general.
Graduates at the 2:30 pm ceremony, which is open to the public, will be commissioning into the Army, Air Force (with a path to the Space Force), Navy and Marine Corps.
