Sibilia joins Park Place Financial Advisors as client service associate
TJ Sibilia has joined Park Place Financial Advisors, the wealth management division of Brattleboro Savings & Loan, as client service associate. In this role, he will support Park Place’s team and clients with a focus on preparing and processing client account documents, assisting with planning projects and managing client communications and follow-up.
Prior to joining Park Place, Sibilia spent the past 25 years working in marketing, media and customer-relationship management.

OneCare Vermont elects new chair, vice chair to board of managers
OneCare Vermont, an accountable care organization that partners with health care providers to transform the state’s health care system, has elected Anya Rader Wallack as chair and Tom Huebner as vice chair of its board of managers.
Wallack, senior vice president for strategic communications at the University of Vermont Health Network, will take her seat on the board in May. She succeeds John Brumsted, MD, who will step down as board chair at the April meeting.
Hilliard joins Technology for Tomorrow as program manager
Emmy Hilliard has been named program manager at Technology for Tomorrow, a nonprofit that seeks to empower individuals in need of technology education. Hilliard, who holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of the Southwest, has more than two decades' experience in traditional higher education and EdTech. In her new position, she will be charged with leading the expansion of Technology for Tomorrow's program offerings in Vermont and across the country.
