Melanie Condon, a 26-year employee at Brattleboro Savings & Loan, has been promoted to vice president of operations. In her new role, Condon will manage all loan servicing done by the bank and lead the customer service department, which comprises areas such as the call center and electronic banking.

David Donahue, former wealth adviser at the wealth management, trust and banking services provider Boston Private, has joined Berkshire Bank's private banking team as senior vice president. In this role, he will provide private banking relationship management to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Delta Dental Plan of Vermont has announced the election of Tyler M Aten, DMD, as a board trustee. Aten, a general dentist with advanced training in implant, esthetic and sedation dentistry, will serve a three-year term. Owner of two dental practices, in South Burlington and St Albans, Aten is heavily involved in advancing dentistry in his community through study clubs and practice development masterminds.
