Passumpsic Bank announces promotion of three employees
Passumpsic Bank, a community bank that serves the Northeast Kingdom, central Vermont and New Hampshire’s North Country, has announced the promotion of three employees: Mary Cote, to senior vice president and senior retail banking and operations officer; Daphne Bullock, to assistant vice president and trust administrative officer/assistant treasurer of Passumpsic Financial Advisors, a division of Passumpsic Bank; and Angela “Anjo” Roy, to assistant treasurer and investment analyst.
Lemieux named branch manager of Union Bank’s Berlin location
Ken Lemieux has joined Union Bank of Vermont and New Hampshire as branch manager of the bank’s Berlin location at 1028 US Route 302.
Lemieux brings over 15 years of retail management experience across three sectors, most recently in hospitality as assistant general manager at a large restaurant, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations as well as long-term planning, budgeting and staffing. He studied accounting and business at Community College of Vermont and is an active member of the Elks club.

Sylvester joins Gifford Health Care's midwifery team
Hillary Sylvester, former charge nurse at Northwestern Medical Center in St Albans, has joined the midwifery team at Gifford Health Care in Randolph. Sylvester is a recent graduate of the Frontier Nursing University midwifery program and has extensive nursing career experience. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh.
