Waybury Inn welcomes new head chef Tony Petri
The Waybury Inn in East Middlebury recently welcomed new head chef Tony Petri, who acquired his cooking chops approximately 15 years ago at Breadloaf, the famed Middlebury College mountaintop campus up the hill from the inn. Petri will take his place alongside Donna Siebert, Waybury's head chef since 1982, and Christian Grollier, a chef at the inn for more than three decades.

Retired Army Reserve colonel named director of Norwich research center
Retired Army Reserve Colonel William Lyons Jr has been named director of Norwich University's Center for Global Resilience and Security, effective July 1. He succeeds Tara Kulkarni, who served as CGRS’ inaugural director since 2017. Kulkarni has transitioned to the role of associate provost for research and chief research officer within the Office of Academic Research.
