UVM Health Network appoints Lori Boisjoli network SVP/CIO
The University of Vermont Health Network has promoted Vice President Lori Boisjoli to network senior vice president and chief information officer.
In her new position, Boisjoli will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of core IT infrastructure across the UVM Health Network. She will also chair the Network IT steering committee, which oversees the organization’s IT goal-setting process, strategy, budget and escalation.

Vermont CUD Association announces new leadership
The Vermont Communications Union Districts Association, a consortium of nine CUD municipalities that provides broadband to unserved and underserved addresses in Vermont, has elected new officers for 2023. They are Ellie de Villiers, executive director of Maple Broadband, who will serve as president; Jonathan Baker, executive committee member at NEK Community Broadband, vice president; and FX Flinn, chair of ECFiber, treasurer and secretary.
