The University of Vermont Health Network has promoted Vice President Lori Boisjoli to network senior vice president and chief information officer.
In her new position, Boisjoli will be responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of core IT infrastructure across the UVM Health Network. She will also chair the Network IT steering committee, which oversees the organization’s IT goal-setting process, strategy, budget and escalation.
Boisjoli will report to network Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer Al Gobeille.
“Lori’s 30 years of health care IT experience, including her extensive work on network projects — including the implementation of Epic — make her the right person to lead our health system’s integrated IT initiatives and infrastructure,” said Dr Sunil Eappen, president and CEO of the UVM Health Network. “I look forward to working closely with her in this new role.”
