Lisa Kingsbury, associate director of planning at the University of Vermont, and Peter Dysart, an attorney at Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer, were elected in December to the Burlington Businesses Association Board of Directors.

United Way of Northwest Vermont, an organization dedicated to improving lives and advancing the common good in Chittenden, Franklin and Grand Isle counties, has hired Nicole Clements and Megan Kastner Hinesburg as resource coordinators for Working Bridges, a program designed to help workers keep and grow stable employment. Resource coordinators work one-on-one with employees at their workplaces to help them meet their goals and address life issues impacting their work.

Scott Boardman, former chief operating officer at Hickok & Boardman Insurance Group, was elected to the board of directors at Union Mutual Fire Insurance and New England Guaranty Insurance at the companies’ annual meetings in March.
