Connor Greenbaum, former senior probate consultant and team lead at Trust & Will in San Diego, has joined the Burlington-based online shopping platform Myti as finance and business operations manager. In his new role, Greenbaum will manage operations for Myti's people, finance and community teams, and support and advise operations across product, logistics and marketing.

Gravel & Shea recently welcomed E. Kendall Enersen-Watts as an associate in the firm’s real estate department, where she assists real estate clients in acquisition, financing, permitting, development, management, leasing, and sale of commercial, residential and industrial properties.

Prior to joining the Burlington-based law firm, Enersen-Watts worked at a boutique Vermont law firm specializing in residential real estate services, including title work, permitting issues, purchases and sales.

DEW Construction, one of the largest construction managers in the region, recently welcomed new employees Thomas Leach and Rick Gagner, superintendents; Aimee Plotczyk, administrative assistant; and Brad Roy, estimator.

Leach and Gagner will lead their respective field teams and subcontractors on-site. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are in line with the pre-established schedules, budgets and contract documents and ensure that the work carried out meets DEW's quality and safety standards.

Vermont Electric Power Co. has promoted two highly experienced professionals, Mike Fiske and Brian Connaughton, to key leadership positions. Fiske, of Rutland, was named chief operating officer, and Connaughton, of Pittsford, was elevated to vice president of transmission services and asset maintenance.

Fiske joined VELCO in 2000 and has steadily earned greater responsibilities within the organization. In his new role, he will oversee core company functions such as planning, engineering, operations, safety, and transmission services.
