Bruce Grosbety, former vice president and general manager at The Yarrow Group in Jackson, Wyoming, has been named president of the Woodstock Inn & Resort, one of New England's premier year-round vacation destinations. The appointment is effective Nov. 16.

Dr. Sarah Grycza and family nurse practitioner Lindsey Gauderer have joined St. Johnsbury Pediatrics at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital.

Grycza is a graduate of Ohio State University and received her medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Prior to joining St. Johnsbury Pediatrics, she completed her pediatric residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

Passumpsic Bank has promoted Brandyn Bassett to branch manager of its Berlin office. For the past four years, Bassett has worked primarily as a universal banker at the Berlin branch.

Prior to joining Passumpsic, Barrett held positions at TD Bank and Wells River Savings Bank. He holds a certificate in business management from Green Mountain Technology and Career Center.

The Vermont State Housing Authority has appointed Christopher Trombly as managing director of community development and promoted Elizabeth Whitmore to director of housing services.

Trombly joins the housing agency from M&T Bank, where he served as vice president of loan operations. He is a graduate of Champlain College and volunteers at the South Burlington Affordable Housing Committee, Board of Civil Authority, the Living Well Group, Vermont Kin as Parents and the South Burlington Rotary.
