James DiCosimo, CPA has been hired as Chief Financial Officer for Rutland Mental Health Services. For the past 21 years, Mr. DiCosimo has been in finance at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York, and since 2009 has been Assistant Vice President for Finance at the college, which has more than 12,000 students.
