Calvin Russell and Ryan Ahern have joined ReArch Company as senior project manager and director of field operations, respectively.

Russell, who has over a decade of construction project-management experience with national and local firms, is responsible for overseeing some of ReArch’s most technically challenging construction projects.

Patrick Boyle, former senior vice president and chief learning officer at Underwriters Laboratories, has been named director and CEO of Vermont Manufacturing Extension Center in Randolph Center. He succeeds interim director and CEO Patricia Giavara, who will retire on June 30 after 19 years at VMEC.
