Mack Molding Co. has reshuffled responsibilities and added new staff to its senior management team, it was announced today by Jeff Somple, president, Northern Operations.

Veteran commercial lender Bob Richardson will join Union Bank as the most recent member of the Bank’s Commercial Lending Team. He will be working out of the Morrisville office and serving Lamoille County and the surrounding areas.

Senior theater and education major Dustin Hunter from Lyndonville, was selected as the Saint Michael's College student presented with a Commitment to Service and Engagement Award. Dustin coordinates the DREAM mentoring program through Saint Michael’s MOVE (Mobilization of Volunteer Efforts) service program.

Saint Michael's College associate professor of anthropology Dr. Patricia Delaney, of Huntington, was awarded the competitive award for Excellence in Community-Based Teaching by the Vermont Campus Compact (VCC) at the recognition ceremony that concluded their April 13-14 conference on Higher Education and the Greater Good held at the Sheraton in Burlington.

Long-time WCAX-TV Morning News Anchor Judy Simpson will step down this week as anchor and return to reporting.

“I have had a great ten year run but now it’s time to return to my roots: reporting.” said Simpson. “I look forward to getting out into the field and telling stories."

Kelley Boyden has joined Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs as an Associate Accountant. Kelley is a graduate of Saint Michael’s College with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She is currently preparing to sit for the CPA exam.
