Benoit & Gaines, formerly of Pall Spera Company Realtors, have been working together as a high performing team for over 5 years.
Susi Benoit has been a top producer in real estate since getting her license in 1999 and is a professional negotiator. Prior to working in Stowe, Susi worked for Prudential Carolina Real Estate in South Carolina. Susi lives in Stowe with her husband, Brian, and two children. Joni Gaines has been a trusted broker in local real estate transactions for over 10 years. Previously Joni was an innkeeper in Stowe, and a first mate/chef on private yachts around the world. Her real estate expertise is enhanced by her degrees in business and communications, as well as a list of Realtor designations. Joni lives in Stowe with her husband, Tad Horner, and daughter.
