TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, has named Richard C. Cassano the Store Manager of its store located at 8 North Main St. in St. Albans, Vermont. An assistant vice president, he is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the store serving customers throughout Franklin County.

Andrea Kaplan joins Lang McLaughry Spera Real Estate as a sales associate in the firm's Manchester office. Most recently Andrea was the business manager and licensed assistant at Main Street Realty prior to the merger with LMSRE. Andrea has partnered with broker Carol O’Connor. Carol has been listing and selling real estate for the past 30 years in and around Southern Vermont.

UVM ROTC Cadet Christian Ruf, a senior majoring in natural resource management, posted the fastest time among all Cadets nationwide in the 2-mile run during the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). Fellow Cadet Bradley Patnaude posted the top overall score among 500 cadets based on his performance in the 2-mile run and number of push-ups and sit-ups.
