Jillian Liner, former director of conservation at Audubon New York, has accepted the director of conservation job at Audubon Vermont. Liner has ties to Vermont, having earned her master’s degree at the University of Vermont.

The construction and development firm ReArch Company in Burlington, VT, recently announced the hiring of Craig de Brigard as superintendent and the promotion of Trevor Marcy from project engineer to assistant project manager.

Pat Holland, former construction manager for LaBella Associates in Rochester, NY, has joined the general contractor Kingsbury Companies in Middlesex, VT, as vice president of civil operations. Holland also previously served as vice president of construction operations at Alvin J Coleman & Son in North Conway, NH.

The Vermont Medical Society Education and Research Foundation announced the 2022 cohort of the Physician Executive Leadership Institute Foundational Course, which began remotely in January.

The Vermont Housing Finance Agency has named Ken Pulido of South Burlington, VT, to the newly created role of director of energy finance.

Diego Adrianzen Herrera, MD, a physician-scientist in the University of Vermont’s Larner College of Medicine, was invested in January as the inaugural holder of the Early Career Green and Gold Professor of Medicine.

At separate meetings in November and December 2021, the board of directors of the Addison County Economic Development Corp elected four new members and a new executive team for the 2022-23 term.

Hazel Brewster, former chief of staff for the Vermont lieutenant governor’s office, has joined the Vermont Chamber of Commerce as director of public relations. In her new role, Brewster will lead the chamber’s communication and event efforts, working closely with President Betsy Bishop.

Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports, the largest year-round disabled sports nonprofit organization in Vermont, recently honored three individuals as 2021 Volunteers of the Year.
