Brendan Kinney has been named Chief Executive Officer of the Vermont Journalism Trust and VTDigger. Kinney takes over from Sky Barsch, who announced earlier this year that she would be stepping down June 1 after about three years. Kinney is a native Vermonter and a graduate of St Michael's College. He has been with Vermont Public (VPR) for the last 16 years.
