Hanson + Doremus Investment Management has welcomed Yuliya Paylor as an Associate Research Analyst. As a member of both the H+D Research Team and the Investment Committee, Yuliya contributes to the firm’s investment analysis while also supporting the Client Service team.
Yuliya brings a diverse professional background shaped by more than a decade in education. Her experience includes classroom teaching, leadership of a community school, and oversight of school financial operations, demonstrating both strong analytical capabilities and a deep commitment to community impact.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from the University of Vermont and a Master of Education from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
In 2025, she further built on her experience by earning an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont.
