Leonardi brings a strong track record of driving revenue growth, building premium brands, and leading high-performing sales organizations. The appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company continues to scale its premium performance offering and expand its specialty retail partnerships.
In this role, Leonardi will lead revenue growth initiatives, expand distribution channels, and strengthen sales operations – all as part of a long-term strategic vision.

Prior to joining Cabot Hosiery Mills, Leonardi served as the Chief Sales Officer at ECCO Americas, where he led revenue strategy across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. He also held senior leadership roles at Sperry (Wolverine Worldwide) and Marchon Eyewear (a VSP vision company).
Leonardi holds a degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and resides in New York City with his wife and four children.
