Diego Adrianzen Herrera, MD, a physician-scientist in the University of Vermont’s Larner College of Medicine, was invested in January as the inaugural holder of the Early Career Green and Gold Professor of Medicine.

At separate meetings in November and December 2021, the board of directors of the Addison County Economic Development Corp elected four new members and a new executive team for the 2022-23 term.

New board members are:

Hazel Brewster, former chief of staff for the Vermont lieutenant governor’s office, has joined the Vermont Chamber of Commerce as director of public relations. In her new role, Brewster will lead the chamber’s communication and event efforts, working closely with President Betsy Bishop.

Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Kelly Byers has joined the company’s South Burlington, VT, office as a realtor. Byers formerly worked in his family’s pizza business before deciding to pursue his lifelong passion, real estate.
