Neagley & Chase Construction Co., a commercial construction firm in South Burlington, has hired Christina Seward (pictured) as human resources director and office manager and Nicole BetanCourt as project estimator.

Seward comes to N&C with prior experience in both the health care and manufacturing industries. She is responsible for overall office administration, management of HR activities, accounting department assistance, IT coordination, marketing assistance and fleet management.

Community National Bank has promoted Regan Howard to senior vice president and senior lender. In her new position, she will manage and collaborate with the bank’s team of commercial and residential lenders.

Howard joined CNB in 2011 as vice president and commercial loan officer, with responsibilities in business development and employee coaching. She is a graduate of Champlain College and formerly served on the boards of the Vermont Granite Museum and OUR House of Central Vermont.
