Neagley & Chase Construction Co., a commercial construction firm in South Burlington, has hired Christina Seward (pictured) as human resources director and office manager and Nicole BetanCourt as project estimator.
Seward comes to N&C with prior experience in both the health care and manufacturing industries. She is responsible for overall office administration, management of HR activities, accounting department assistance, IT coordination, marketing assistance and fleet management.
BetanCourt joins the company from Bill's Landscaping in Lancaster, California, where she served as lead project estimator and project manager. With more than a decade of industry estimating and purchasing experience, she will assist the estimating team in developing detailed cost estimates, supporting competitive bid efforts, maintaining cost databases and furthering industry relationships.
