Vermont Farm to School appoints new network coordinator

Dana Hudson, a longtime advocate of the farm to school movement in Vermont, has been named network coordinator at the Vermont Farm to School and Early Childhood Network in Sherburne.

In her new role, Hudson works with diverse partners across Vermont to foster learning, collaboration and innovation to advance farm-to-school and farm-to-early-childhood programs in Vermont. Approximately 90% of Vermont schools purchase at least some Vermont products, and more than 100 Vermont farms sell to schools and early-childhood programs.
