UVM trustees reelect Lumbra as chair, appoint three new members

Ron Lumbra, a partner in the CEO and board practice at New York City-based Heidrick & Struggles, has been re-elected to a fifth one-year term as chair of the University of Vermont Board of Trustees.

The board also appointed three new members: Matthew Devost, co-founder and CEO of the Virginia-based global strategic advisory firm OODA; R. Stanton Dodge, chief legal officer at DraftKings; and Jennifer Ha, who succeeds Kenny Nguyen as student trustee.
