School principal named Advocacy Champion of Year by NASSP
Chris Young (center), principal of North Country Union High School in Newport, has been named 2024 Advocacy Champion of the Year by the National Association of Secondary School Principals.
The award is given annually to a school leader who has worked to elevate the voice and influence of school leaders in federal, state and local policy decisions. Young was cited for his advocacy of policies to address mental health and educator shortage crises in schools.
Private equity leader Zulkoski appointed CEO at iSun
Robert J. Zulkoski, an experienced private equity leader and innovator, has been named CEO at iSun, a leading solar energy and clean mobility infrastructure company. He succeeds Jeff Peck, who will stay on with the company full time in a strategic advisory and operational role.
