Sarah Billings-Berg, former dean of nursing and health sciences at Vermont State University, has joined Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice as quality nurse educator. Billings-Berg started her professional career as a home care nurse at CVHHH in 1999.

Vermont Law and Graduate School in South Royalton has named Roger Pao as director of its online hybrid juris doctor program.

Pao will shape the program's strategic vision, fostering an enriching and flexible learning environment for students. Working alongside administration and faculty, he will develop new specialty pathways, lead online course design, organize dynamic residencies, spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing student support services and work one-on-one to advise students.

Justin Chapman, former general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Destiny USA in Syracuse, New York, has been appointed general manager of the Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain, which will transition this summer to Hotel Champlain, a Curio Collection by Hilton property.

Chapman will lead the rebranding of the hotel and the recently opened all-day eatery Lily May’s Coffee & Cafe, as well as the soon-to-launch Original Skiff Fish + Oyster Bar and Restaurant.
