Justin Chapman, former general manager of the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Destiny USA in Syracuse, New York, has been appointed general manager of the Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain, which will transition this summer to Hotel Champlain, a Curio Collection by Hilton property.
Chapman will lead the rebranding of the hotel and the recently opened all-day eatery Lily May’s Coffee & Cafe, as well as the soon-to-launch Original Skiff Fish + Oyster Bar and Restaurant.
“I’m thrilled to join the Hotel Champlain team and lead the hotel into its exciting new era,” Chapman said. “Burlington is a cherished destination, and I’m honored to showcase the new Hotel Champlain to both travelers and locals.”
Chapman holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Columbia Southern University.
