Sr Peg Albert, OP, PhD, president of Siena Heights University of Adrian, MI, joined the Saint Michael's College board of trustees. Prior to joining Siena Heights in 2006, Sr Albert had been at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL, her work there included serving as executive assistant to the president of Barry from 1994 to 2006, and as assistant and then associate professor of social work from 1995 to 2006. Sr. Albert took on the task of chief administrator of the Barry University School of Law in 1998, serving until 2006.

Brian Bidwell, is the new director of diagnostic imaging at North Country Health System. His primary goal is to make sure that the highest quality of care is offered that equipment and skilled staff allows to offer to the community. Diagnostic imaging encompasses a number of sub-departments including diagnostic x-ray, computer tomography (CT), ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), echocardiology (echo), mammography, dexa scan, and nuclear medicine. Bidwell oversees the department, managing the staff and resources, and keeping up with the latest equipment and imaging techniques.

JDK Design has announced the return of Christine Dodson as account director at the studio’s Burlington office. She most recently held the post of vice president, director of project management at State Street Corporation in Boston, had previously worked at JDK from 1997 until 2006. She held management positions at Hayes Group Advertising in Williston and Grey Advertising in New York. According to Steve Francisco, CEO of JDK, her level of management skills combined with her innate sense of how they service clients can only further enhance the management team.

Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP (GFC) has announced that Garth Allen has been promoted to manager in the firm’s auditing and accounting practice and Dave Eaton has been promoted to manager in the firm’s tax practice. Allen has been with GFC since 2001. Eaton has been with the firm since 2003.

Larry Sudbay, president and CEO of SymQuest Group, Inc, has announced that Michael Methe, network engineer, completed a technology certification with VMware as a Certified Professional (VCP). The certification is the industry standard for virtualization technology professionals and demonstrates the engineer’s expertise in virtual infrastructure. Also announced, Joseph Goodreau, vice president of service and support, has been named president (chair) of PrintFleet Users Group (PFUG).
