Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom announces scholarship recipients
Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom has announced the recipients of the 2009 Eunice B. Farr Incentive Award scholarships. “It is a pleasure to award these scholarships on an annual basis.
