NBT Bank hires regional manager for Vermont
NBT Bank Regional President Matt Durkee announced that Dan Johnson has been hired as vice president and regional manager. In this position, Johnson is responsible for developing and overseeing the bank’s branches in Vermont. He is based at the bank’s regional office at 150 Bank Street in Burlington. Later this year, the bank plans to open its first Vermont branch at the same location. “We are excited to have Dan Johnson heading our retail banking efforts in Vermont,” Durkee said.

VNRC promotes Greenwood to new post
The Vermont Natural Resources Council has announced the promotion of Kim Greenwood to the position of Water Program Co-Director.
Greenwood has served as VNRC’s staff scientist for four years. Before coming to VNRC she spent six years at the Agency of Natural Resources as a Water Quality Engineer.
Greenwood holds a bachelor's degree in aquatic resources from University of Vermont and an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vermont Technical College. She is active in many community forums and boards including the Vermont River Conservancy.
