Business School Hires Full-Time Career Advisor
The University of Vermont School of Business Administration is pleased to announce that Sue Schlom has been named the full-time Career and Professional Development Advisor for the School.
“We’re extremely pleased to have a full-time career professional located right here in Kalkin Hall to assist students with improving their interviewing skills, and assisting them with their career planning and job searches,” said Interim Dean Larry Shirland, of the School of Business Administration.
Chill Foundation Hires New Executive Director
The Chill Foundation is pleased to announce that June Heston recently joined as the non-profit’s new Executive Director. Chill was founded by Jake Burton and his wife Donna more than 15 years ago with the goal of changing lives through snowboarding. Every year, Chill teaches over one thousand underserved kids from dozens of cities around the world how to snowboard, using the sport to motivate kids to accomplish goals they never thought possible.
