Senate Minority Leader Bill Doyle Joins CSG/ERC's Executive Committee
Senate Minority Leader Bill Doyle has been appointed by to serve on the Council of State Governments' Eastern Regional Conferences's Executive Committee from 2011 through 2012.
"As a member of the Executive Committee, I will play a key role in guiding the important work of the Council of State Governments," Sen. Doyle said.
Norwich announces two new hires to lead graduate programs
Norwich University’s School of Graduate and Continuing Studies (SGCS) announced the hiring of two program directors.
Dr. Lasha Tchantouridze will take over as director of the Master of Arts in Diplomacy program beginning August 1.
Tchantouridze is replacing Dr. Harold Kearsley, who has been promoted to associate dean of academics.
Andrea Moore joins Gallagher, Flynn & Company’s Tax Department

KeyBank expands Private Bank with new hires; Bock named Market Manager
KeyBank named John Bock as Market Manager for Key Private Bank, and announces the addition of Robert Miller as Trust Officer and Melanie Brown as Relationship Manager. Bock returns to Vermont from Denver, where he was Regional Trust Manager for KeyBank. He served as Trust Officer for KeyBank’s Vermont District prior to his promotion, and held similar positions at TD Bank and Chittenden Bank. He resides in South Hero.
Agnes Cook elected to the Board of Directors of Opportunities Credit Union
Agnes Cook was elected to the Board of Directors of Opportunities Credit Union. She is the owner of a Dale Carnegie Franchise that provides Professional Training and Coaching for a variety of businesses and professional organizations. Ms. Cook is also the President of ASTD Vermont, an organization for professional trainers. She was previously the Vice President of Human Resources for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. Ms Cook has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
Sophia Holder elected to the Board of Directors of Opportunities Credit Union
Sophia Holder was elected to the Board of Directors of Opportunities Credit Union and serves on the Executive Committee as the Board Treasurer. She is the Vice President of Finance for Fletcher Allen Health Care. Previously she worked as a controller for Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Massachusetts. Ms. Holder is a Certified Public Accountant. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Boston University. Ms. Holder lives in South Burlington, VT.
