Anthony Instasi is now Manager of Trumbull-Nelson’s Utilities Division. After graduating from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Construction Management in 2003, Mr. Instasi joined Trumbull-Nelson as an Assistant Estimator. Before his current promotion to Manager of the Utilities Division, Mr. Instasi served as Project Manager for multiple successfully completed Utility projects.

Mr. Legg is a civil engineer with over twenty years of experience in municipal and water resources engineering. For the last eight years, he was the Town Engineer for the Town of Milton. In this role, he served as the head of public works administration and as a technical resource for the Town on issues related to public infrastructure.

Jocelyn Grayson has just been appointed as Gallery Curator of West Branch Gallery and Sculpture Park in Stowe, Vermont. Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience to the position, having operated her own gallery in Woodstock, Vermont for several years as well as serving as the Southern Vermont Arts Center Gallery Manager for six years. Jocelyn is a wonderful addition to West Branch Gallery & Sculpture Park's growing collection of top contemporary, regionally respected and internationally collected artists.
