The University of Vermont Medical Group at Fletcher Allen recently presented research and education awards to eight of its physician members to recognize their exceptional teaching and research efforts. The UVM Medical Group consists of approximately 450 physicians from all fields of medicine devoted to advancing patient care through clinical and laboratory research and educating the next generation of providers.

Kathryn G. Underwood, President & CEO of Ledyard National Bank, was re-elected to the Board of Directors at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston (Boston Fed). Her new three-year term began in January 2012.

The Boston Fed is one of twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks. These banks, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, DC, constitute the Federal Reserve System.

With more than 20 years of Vermont real estate experience, Jane Kiley has joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. Jane began her career in real estate in 1988, as a sales associate at Smuggler's Notch Resort. After selling for Vermont's leading family resort, she took a position as Vice President of Real Estate at Sugarbush following their major renovation and expansion including the Clay Brook luxury, slope side residences.

He previously owned Meade Real Estate in the Mount Snow, VT valley and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Greentree. Scott and his family relocated from Colorado this summer where he owned Meade Real Estate and Construction Company in Summit County Colorado, where he is also still licensed.

In the month of December MyWebGrocer added six new members to their team, bringing the total of new employees hired in the fourth quarter of 2011 to 23. The new employees joined the departments of software engineering, advertising operations, retail operations, system analysts, search engine optimization and project coordination.
