Recently retired Vermont DEC employee recognized for outstanding service

Andy Fish, retired Engineer of the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), was recently honored with an EPA Regional Wastewater "2015 Regional Lifetime Achievement Award" by the US Environmental Protection Agency’s New England regional office. Mr. Fish was recognized for having done an outstanding job providing training and technical assistance to many wastewater professionals in New England.

Roger Allbee elected chair of Union Institute & University board of trustees

Roger Allbee of Townshend, Vermont was elected chair of the board of trustees of Union Institute & University at its quarterly meeting on January 28, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Allbee served as vice chair from 2013 to 2015 and has been a member of the board since July 2011.
