EFG welcomes Stebbins to growing staff

Energy Futures Group (EFG) has announced the addition of Senior Consultant Gabrielle Stebbins to our growing staff. Gabrielle joins EFG after five years as the Executive Director of Renewable Energy Vermont (REV), where she worked in the legislative, policy and regulatory arenas to enact and design groundbreaking renewable energy legislation and regulation, while also increasing membership revenue 200%.

AT&T names new vice president and general manager

AT&T welcomes industry veteran Janna Ducich to manage mobility and consumer markets in New England effective April 1, 2016.

Ducich will oversee the sales and operations of more than 1,300 employees, more than 200 AT&T-owned and authorized retailer locations across the six states, as well as national retail sales. She also will help guide wireless network deployment strategy across the region.

V/T Commercial welcomes Linda I Letourneau

V/T Commercial has announced the addition of Linda I. Letourneau to its team of commercial real estate practitioners. Linda brings with her an extensive 27-year background in the profession including commercial real estate brokerage & management, and construction. Linda is actively involved in Vermont Realtors Commercial Division, and has been a board member of the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association for many years.

2016 annual election results in for VSECU

Thank you to all members who exercised their power to direct the future of VSECU. The results were close this year, which highlights the importance of every vote in the elections process.

The VSECU Supervisory Committee has completed the supervision of the ballot tallying and the results for the Board of Director elections are Michael Hogan, Benjamin Kidder and Norman McElvany.

For every ballot cast, we promised to donate $1 to Vermont’s Community Action Agencies. Though 4,348 ballots were cast, we rounded up the donation amount to an even $5,000.

Norwich to hold 21st annual military writers’ symposium

Norwich University will host the 2016 William E. Colby Military Writers’ Symposium on Wednesday and Thursday, April 6-7.

The only program of its kind at an American university, this distinctive event brings together some of the most influential writers on current affairs and military history. Authors gather for a two-day residency on the campus of the country’s oldest private military college to share their work and debate past and current affairs and military issues.

V/T Commercial assists with a variety of RE sale and lease transactions

Jed Dousevicz of V/T Commercial announced the sale of a multi-tenant 12,800 square foot commercial property at 4049 Williston Road, South Burlington to Hecco Rentals, LLC. Dousevicz represented the sellers, Platt Realty LLC in this transaction.

Nancy Jenkins Real Estate will be relocating its offices to 140 Kennedy Drive, South Burlington. Tony Blake and Chris Sherman of V/T Commercial assisted in the leasing of 2,787 square feet of office space to Jenkins on behalf of the landlord, HVM Corporation.
